A compact, single-person operated portable tripod light for rapid deployment across construction, emergency response, sport, maintenance, infrastructure, mining and railway applications.
The LI-300 is a single-person operated portable tripod light, built around a telescopic pole that extends from 1.25m to 3.1m in two steps, under 10 seconds, with no tools or motor required. It's designed for sites where lighting has to move as often as the work does — the tripod legs release and lock with a single click, and the whole unit folds compact enough to carry between positions without help.
Up to 14,000 lumens, stepless dimmable via the rainproof driver port — output scales continuously from off to maximum rather than jumping between fixed steps.
Runs on LI-24-series lithium battery packs, with a compartment fitting two replaceable packs, or AC 100–277V mains power where grid access is available. Dual rainproof USB outputs (5V/2A) let the unit charge two other devices at once, and a built-in phone stand hook keeps a phone usable hands-free while charging on site.
Over 13 hours 10 minutes in Standard mode on two LI-24-100 packs, extending to 71+ hours in Eco mode. With the smaller LI-24-54 pack option, Eco mode runtime is 36+ hours — a lighter, shorter-runtime alternative when carry weight matters more than maximum duration.
Battery packs charge via the included LI-MC-2 charger. The unit's own USB outputs are for charging other devices from the light's battery, not for charging the light itself.
Extends from 1.25m to 3.1m, secured at any height in between with a buckle clamp on the telescopic pole. Dual lamp heads articulate independently for flexible beam direction, and an ultra-low center of gravity with extended tripod legs keeps the unit stable on slopes and in wind. Optional ground pegs add further wind and vibration resistance.
IP66 rated per IEC 60529 — fully dust-tight and protected against powerful water jets from any direction. Operating temperature range is -10°C to 50°C.
8.2kg (fitting only, excluding battery). One person expands or retracts the unit in two steps, completed in 10 seconds, with one-click release or lock on the tripod legs — no second operator or tools needed.

| Factor | LI-300 | Generator-Powered Alternative |
|---|---|---|
| Power source | Lithium battery pack, or AC mains | Onboard fuel-powered generator |
| Fuel requirement | None | Diesel or petrol supply chain on-site |
| Noise | Silent operation | Continuous engine noise |
| Emissions | None at point of use | Engine exhaust |
| Deployment | Single person, under 10 seconds | Typically two-person, engine start required |
| Maintenance | No engine servicing | Regular engine and fuel-system servicing |
| Operating cost | No fuel cost; battery/electricity only | Ongoing fuel cost plus engine maintenance |
Comparison reflects general characteristics of fuel-generator-powered work lights as an equipment category, not a specific competitor product.
Battery and AC-mains operation means the LI-300 produces no exhaust emissions and no fuel-handling risk at the point of use, unlike a generator-powered light. It runs silently, which matters on noise-sensitive sites and residential-adjacent work. IP66 sealing protects the electrical system from dust and water ingress rather than relying on an open engine bay. See our guide to IP ratings and industrial lighting standards for what IP66 covers.
